- • The option for partial payments is only open if the departure date is 30+ days from the date of confirmation. In case of partial payment, you’ll be liable to pay the full amount 30 days before the date of departure.
- • Full Payment must be made within the stipulated time limit to ensure selected accommodation is available /auto-released/ subject to rate change. In such cases, the client will be liable to pay any extra charges due to the delay.
Terms and Conditions
- • Standard Check-In: 1500 hours & Checkout: 1200 hours. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and clearance from the hotel staff on the premise that you're pre-notifying in advance.
- • Sometimes, hotel property will need a refundable deposit (Cash or Credit Card Block) before you check in, which you'd need to accommodate accordingly. The deposit will be fully refunded at the time of check-out.
- • If you wish to add additional items/places/activities to the planned itinerary, there will be add-on charges.
- • The vehicle booked for airport transfer will be provided for all the guests travelling together on arrival and departure. If you need separate arrangements, you'd need to notify us in advance, which will incur additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
- • Suppose the customer cancels the tour with 60 days to 31 days remaining on the departure date and has paid the whole/partial amount for the tour. We will try to refund the total amount deducting any platform charge (Payment Gateway Fees) and deductions made from the Vendor/accommodation side.
- • Suppose the customer cancels the tour with 30 days remaining on the departure date and has paid the whole amount for the tour. There will be no refunds generated.
- • If the customer has only paid the booking amount and there's a remaining payment on their part, the final booking will be on hold. Under these circumstances, Sand and Peaks reserve the right to cancel the booking without generating any refunds if the customer fails to pay the total amount.
- • Suppose the tour is cancelled for any reason, where Sand and Peaks is at fault. In that case, Sand and Peaks will be liable to pay back the total amount the client has disbursed till the date of cancellation.
- • No refunds will be generated if the customer fails to show up or arrives at the departure/pickup point at the scheduled date and time.

- • Copy of Pan Card and Aadhaar Card, Copy of Passport (First and Last Page Only), Tourist Visa, Copy of TCS Deposit Challan and Declaration are required for booking procedure.
- • Health Insurance Documents (Optional), Two-Way Flight Tickets Accommodation Voucher with Booking Confirmation, and Air Suvidha Declaration are required for travelling internationally.
- • You are requested to keep your Aadhaar Card (All Individuals) for identification purposes at various places such as airports, hotel check-ins and more.
- • Covid Vaccinations certificates are not necessary as of now, but you should still have them in your possession in case the need arises.
- • Essential documents such as passports, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Wallets, Flight Tickets and any other key documents should be kept in close proximity and not be left in hotel rooms or anywhere else at all times throughout the tour.
