Booking, Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Fees
- 30+ Days Before Departure: 10% deduction from the booking amount.
- 15–30 Days: 25% deduction.
- 7–15 Days: 60% deduction.
- Less Than 7 Days: Non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Booking Changes & Amendments
- Rescheduling Options: Travelers can reschedule based on availability. Additional fees may apply, depending on the nature of the changes.
- Minor Adjustments: Such as updates to guest details, are permitted without fees if done over 15 days before the tour.
Partial Refunds and No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be provided for:
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations.
- Partially availed services, such as leaving a tour early or opting out of planned activities.
- External Disruptions: Cancellations or delays due to factors outside Sand and Peaks' control, including extreme weather, political unrest, or government restrictions.
Force Majeure Clause
- In cases of uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters or pandemics, refunds or rescheduling may be offered based on the company's discretion.
Additional Notes
- Payment Method: Refunds will always be credited to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Service fees, processing fees, payment portal charges and government levies (if applicable) are non-refundable.
